eJoli had paid thousands for a website that wasn’t working as it should. We were brought in to fix it.

Enquiries hit
a dead end.1

Their Enquire button, on every page, led to a dead page, so customers ready to book couldn’t. Other links ended on “page not found”. A rescue, not a rebuild: we fixed their existing site and checked every fix.

  1. eJoli: our audit of 13 April 2026 found the Enquire button, on all 44 pages, led to a dead page on an old test version of the site; by our check on 21 May 2026 it opened the live contact page. On the same check, all 25 of 25 “Learn more” buttons that went nowhere opened the treatment details, 16 of 16 phone-size tests passed, and links to treatments that showed “page not found” were cleared from 6 pages. Problems logged across our audit of ejoli.co.uk (13 April 2026, all 44 pages), our follow-up audit (21 May 2026) and the clinic’s own requests (May 2026); 30 in total. The clinic chose which to fix first, so not every problem was in scope. Fix figures and screenshots are from our checks on 21 May 2026; the clinic’s phone number is blurred.
  2. Every page scores 95+ on Google PageSpeed Insights (mobile), taken as the middle of 3 runs and checked every month. If a page drops below 95, we fix it within 7 days or that month is free. Doesn’t cover third-party extras you ask us to add, such as chat boxes, video embeds or other companies’ booking widgets. Our own £10 booking add-on is covered and still scores 95+.
  3. Nordmark’s own test of 27,634 UK local business websites on Google PageSpeed Insights (mobile), 2026: median score 61, median 8.1 seconds to load.
  4. Nordmark’s study of Google Maps results, 12 October 2026: 220 searches, 11 types of business, 20 UK towns, 4,400 listings. A single snapshot from one search point in each town centre. Businesses in the map top 3 had a median of 59 reviews; those ranked below them, 28.
